  • What types of services does Flora Artisan provide?
    We provide full floral decorations for your one-of-a-kind wedding. From off the rack themes to a fully customised wedding, we are sure that you will find something that suits you to a T! Our services range from wedding planning, design & conceptualisation, themed styling & fresh floral blooms.   • Do you have a store and can I walk in for a meeting?
    No, unfortunately, walk-ins cannot be accomodated. However, you may fix your appointment with us in advance or set up a zoom meeting with us to explore our floral packages. Simply drop us an email to find out more!
  • When should an appointment for my wedding be scheduled?
    3 to 6 months before your wedding would be ideal! Alternatively, you may get in touch with us up to 12 months in advance. However, do kindly note that our quotations are only valid for 1 month. As such, please confirm your order with a deposit in order to secure your wedding date and prices within a month. Otherwise, a new quotation with revised prices may be put into effect.
  • Do I have to prepare anything prior to the meeting?
    Think about any overall theme you may have in mind, any colour palettes you prefer, if your venue provides any decor, your attire and your bridal squad’s dress code. Still clueless? Fret not, let’s talk YOU! Look up picture inspirations from Pinterest, speak to us about you and let our team of experienced wedding consultants come up with that perfect wedding for you.
  • Are there any additional charges?
    We charge an average of $50-$100 for setup & transportation fees but this may be waived depending on the package you take up with us, find out more about our packages after meeting us.
  • How do I confirm the package?
    Upon our meeting/ phone call, we will send over a quotation for your perusal. As we have limited slots available, a 50% non-refundable deposit would be required to confirm the booking and book your date.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    The 50% deposit is non-refundable as our team of flora artisans would have spent time curating the moodboard, concept and design and also proposal for your upcoming wedding following the confirmation of order.
  • How many weddings do you take weekly?
    We have a team of dedicated flora artisans that can take up to four full venue décor packages every weekend.
