When should an appointment for my wedding be scheduled?
3 to 6 months before your wedding would be ideal.
Do you have a store and can I walk in for a meeting?
No, unfortunately, walk-ins cannot be accomodated. However, you may fix your appointment with us in advance. Simply drop us an email to find out more.
Do I have to prepare anything prior to the meeting?
Think about any overall theme you may have in mind, any colour palettes you prefer, if your venue provides any decor, your attire and your bridal squad’s dress code. Still clueless? What is your cancellation policy?
The deposit is non-refundable as the preparations following the confirmation of order would have been done.
Are there any additional charges?
We charge an average of $50-$100 for setup & transportation fees but this may be waived depending on the package you take up with us, find out more after meeting us.
How do I confirm the package?
Holding your wedding date would require placing a deposit and signing a contract.
How many weddings do you take weekly?
We have a team of dedicated flora artisans that can take up to four full venue décor packages every weekend.
